Our dishes
Ischia is a gastronomic microcosm where the authenticity of the land meets the freshness of the sea, giving rise to a parade of dishes with a unique character. The undisputed king of the table is the Ischia-style rabbit (coniglio all’ischitana), strictly cooked in a clay pot (known locally as o’ tiano) with cherry tomatoes, garlic, white wine, and a generous handful of aromatic herbs, creating a rich sauce that perfectly coats the traditional bucatini pasta. Yet, one only needs to head towards the coast to be swept away by the scent of the sea: from timeless spaghetti with clams (spaghetti con le vongole) and peppered mussels (pepata di cozze), to the catch of the day cooked all’acqua pazza (poached in a light broth) or grilled. This dual soul blends magically into our dishes—a testament to a farming and seafaring tradition that do not exclude one another, but rather complement each other, celebrating the extraordinary biodiversity of the Green Island.
Our cellar celebrates Ischia with a selection of excellent local wines, where the scents of hay and the sea blend in the glass. From volcanic whites like Biancolella and Forastera to intense reds, every label tells the story and passion of our land.
It offers the highest level service.
